Excellent food and service. The table was ready with a high chair when we arrived. Vegetables were replenished and everything was served hot ( not something that happens in all restaurants). For a roast dinner 4 days before Christmas the bill was very reasonble. Thanks to all the staff.

We felt a little exposed as we were sat smack bang in the middle of other tables and had to keep moving to let people pass. A little frustrating as we had booked the table in advance to avoid being squashed in somewhere! That said, this was made up for with the very attentive and enthusiastic waitress.

We had a terrific meal, the food was delicious, fresh and properly cooked and the servings enormous! The Toby is a regular for us, and will continue to be...with very friendly and helpful staff, not at all pushy and the restaurant is incredibly good value for money...always a great experience.
