With over 37 years of experience as the bar manager, Morandin is a legend in the industry, providing his expertise alongside the skills of his team to create artfully presented cocktail that are bursting with flavour. On the cocktail list, guests will also find recipes from the famed mixologist, Harry Craddock, who is known dominating the British cocktail scene and was The Dorchester's original head bartender when the bar opened in the 1930s.
