Popular hotel near Edinburgh airport but the restaurant did not feel like a hotel restaurant. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the menu contained an excellent selection, with only one starter not available. My starter Calamari and Chorizo was Ok it was a little greasy and the sausage was cut into lumps rather than sliced. However the steak was excellent cooked to perfection. Certainly worth a future visit
