This is the most lovely space, a real oasis in the middle of Piccadilly. The service was excellent but I did feel that the food was pretty average with the notable exception of the Palma ham which was excellent.

Wonderful venue, but would not recommend for pre-theatre dinner. We arrived punctually at 6.00 pm and immediately placed order. First course arrived promptly, but main course did not arrive till 7.00pm in spite of chasing it and we hardly had time to eat it before leaving for theatre at 7.20. No time for desert though we were charged for it.

Beautiful restaurant with a rich setting and an easy, warm ambience aided by the gentle tinkling of the ivories in the background ! All the food was delicious however the presentation of the desserts was excellent .

The menu selections were limited, as they always are on a Bookatable Deal. But last time we did this there were a few choices we liked. This time there wasn't a single menu choice I liked in any of the three categories. The food we ordered was bland and tasteless. The service was friendly, but painfully slow, especially at the beginning. We will not go back again.

This is a beautiful restaurant, the setting is stunning. Food was quite good, reasonable size portions but not outstanding. The same can be said of the service, friendly but quite ordinary. I would recommend this restaurant, it felt like a place under new ownership still settling in but for such a central London location reasonable value.
