I informed waitress I needed to go to ladies and had not finished my sweet on returning to my table found my sweet had been cleared away all she said was she didn't notice anyone cleared the table very poor no compensation
Good value. Great for families.
Food great, service very good
I asked for a window table, we were put in a dingy corner with a very small window - this was not where I expected to be seated as there are several tables within the adjacent area that are next to very large windows. One of the starters was not available (pork scratching) so we had to re choose, the amount of meat provided at the carvery was minimal to say the least, 2 of our party opted for the £1-50 larger meal but the amount of meat provided was no different to the mouthful (literally) that was provided on the normal meals. Two of our party chose beef without realising that there was no horsedradish sauce as you only go to the sauce/gravy table after getting your meal (staff were asked but they didn't seem interested and just said that they didn't have any) and then the sweet that was chosen was not available despite being on the main menu (jam and coconut sponge)
Service was good, beef joint was all bit tied together not good chef could not carve it. Please go back to beef joints you had before you changed.cheap is not always better.
Delicious food as usual great idea to be able to book on line and choose a vacant slot
the carvery was excellent as usual - so very good as per every time we go
Not as good as usual
We always come for your carvery the food was beautiful as always and staff very polite
A very average experience- slapdash chefs/servers - over warmed food left out too long - sauces empty and then an attempt to overcharge!
