Food was average , staff friendly and obliging . Enjoyed the outdoor experience . Overall a very pleasant afternoon. Would definitely visit again .
The prawn starter with harissa is to die for. The Sri Lankan curry was - well - a whole lot more chick peas than I could eat and could have done with a bit ofbsweet mango chutney to go with it but the tofu was nice and creamy and the tempura okra delicious. The mocktails were delicious. We were served by the most delightfully lovely and attentive man. Couldn't have wished for more on the service. I smile every time I think of it. For an up market and quite expensive restaurant I would say that the crockery could do with a bit of an upgrade and the cutlery a bit of a polish. The ambience and decor was lovely. The hotel lobby smells divine. Loo seats a little tired too. But gorgeous fresh flowers. Overall we had a very nice evening. I'll definitely be back for the Irish prawns and maybe breakfast as that looks delicious. Great location too. Please sell the candles at reception. I'd buy one!
What a lovely place and food. The only negative was a long wait for the Afternoon Tea (which the waiter seems to forget to place), but we were granted compensation for that - so I still give it 5 stars. I would recommend to my friends and shall return soon.
The food was lovely. Price was reasonable. However service was a off putting. Me and my friend felt like the staff didn’t really care and you could tell that they didn’t want to be working. We felt like they were dismissive. However the lady at the desk for the restaurant was very sweet.
Beautiful restaurant and great service, the house red wine was amazing
Locale molto carino. In un perfetto contesto urbano londinese si inserisce questo giardino d'inverno molto curato nei dettagli.
Cibo di ottima qualità: raccomanderei il pesce. Rapporto qualità prezzo nella media.
Personale gentile e disponibile.
Lovely setting, all the staff were very accommodating.
So many choices but settled for...Blackened cod was delicious along with the gin cocktail. Definitely recommend and will visit again.
Services is good and the food are delicious.
The restaurant is beautiful and we frequent regularly as a business for meetings, however staff can be quite standoffish and a little unreasonable- on this occasion we booked into the terrace at 4pm for a presentation to one of our largest clients, I did state this on the booking.
It did not state on the booking that we would have to order from the A la Carte and once seated we tried to order drinks but were then told that we would not be able to sit on the terrace unless each of us ordered a main course - which for 4pm in a completely empty restaurant seemed a bit unreasonable, and quite embarrassing to be made to move around the restaurant. We were happy to order nibbles but were told this wasnt acceptable.
Once we moved to the coral room the service was awful, i asked for olives 5 times from 2 different waitresses ad each time was brushed off until I stopped the Maitre'D.
The experience overall was very pleasant.
The food is so good and the staff are just awesome. Friendly and fun.
Can’t wait to go back again.
