Shame the menu has changed, the vegetarian options were too limited for me, a lot of the dishes I enjoyed previously are no longer available plus there used to be a number of flavours for Bellini but this is now limited to peach
Visited Mews of Mayfair for the first time after finding it on bookatable. It was an outing for Father’s Day, so we had the set ‘Bottomless Brunch’ menu, which was perfect to precede our afternoon tea at The Shard. The atmosphere was relaxed but vibrant, the manager was attentive, and the food was lovely. I personally had the Eggs Royal, followed by the Bircher Muesli then the Buttermilk Pancakes. Washed down with several Mimosas as part of the £15 unlimited drinks option, everything was delicious! My father had the Roast Beef option, which looked very appetising from my angle! A lovely find, tucked away in a very picturesque little courtyard location, which I probably wouldn’t have discovered had I not browsed the site for ideas. Beautifully decorated, it’s perfect for a family outing like ours or an intimate date. Definitely somewhere we’ll be revisiting in the future.
Attentive friendly service, great food and lovely setting.
We went as a large party for a birthday, and everyone enjoyed their meals.
Mews of Mayfair was a wonderful discovery. The food delicious and the staff well trained and friendly. Our waitress couldn’t do enough for us. It was exceptional value for the money. I will definately be returning and have already recommended the restaurant to several friends
A little disappointing. Poor attitude of the man on reception. He seemed surprised that I had booked which made me feel uneasy and then led our party of 3 to an unattractive part of the establishment. I asked if there was somewhere nicer to sit and he told us to go around the corner to the gallery. It would have been nice if he'd taken us there himself. We sat in a nice little restaurant area with tables which was open to the outdoor cobbled mews area.
If it had been a little warmer it would have been nice to sit outside.
The food itself was a little disappointing. The bread was dry, even though all white bread, and only three different fillings. The cakes were ok. The champagne very nice.
Were able to ask for extra sandwiches and cake and tea. The waiter/waitress staff were very pleasant. Overall a nice environment as long as you choose the seating area yourself.
Ambience was amazing, great brunch experience!
Tucked away down a side street (mews) past lots of tables with folk enjoying evening drinks was the restaurant. Shown up to first floor which was very nicely decorated (I think they were serving food and drink downstairs too (the second floor is for private dining)
Service very good, food very good ( I chose stuff I wouldn't normally have as it was a treat - octopus and chorizo - very well prepared, chicken prepared very nicely for main (fab sauce and excellent cooked veg. My other half is vegetarian and had the veggie options off the main menu which again were different to standard fare and very well prepared and tasty.
Service as I say was very good, appropriately attentive but in no way overbearing
It was fabulous. Loved the mains and starters. Desserts were a slight disappointment. However, the whole ambiance was simply amazing. Would definitely recommend you pre-book and go as the place got really busy after 7.
A little gem tucked away in busy Mayfair. We had lunch in the Brasserie in an elegant setting and relaxed atmosphere. Excellent food, beautifully presented, efficient friendly and unobtrusive service. Good value for money. Would visit again.
