Perfect London view, delicious food, nice service.
Food was excellent. Restaurant was too dark, with my partner finding it difficult to navigate the stairs. The table was too high with poor lighting. Couldn't read the menu without using the torch on my phone, as lots of other diners were doing. My partner advised me the toilets were even darker than the restaurant. She found it difficult to find the cubicles as the toilets were mirrored and dark. She said there were five other ladies waiting for toilets that were empty, but they couldn't see!
Fabulous. Brilliant service and doos.
Very mice views, food was quite nice but could be better
service was very slow and they charge 5.50 for a bottle of water. Food was ok, but only went to show a visitor the view. We did get a fine table by the window looking across the river to St. Pauls.
Aqua Shard had a disaster of some kind in the kitchen on Friday. it took them over 75 minutes to bring us our starters and almost exactly 2 hours to bring the main courses. Our foreign guests were very unimpressed. Needless to say, we did not try to have dessert or coffee! The Aqua Shard boss on duty that day, Renato, admitted there was a problem in the kitchen but would not tell us what had happened.
A phenomenal experience for any visitor to London. A great meal and wonderful staff. Not to be missed.
We had a lovely time my only negative was the main course vegetarian option was not equivalent in value to the non vegetarian.
A wonderful place we had breakfast
Amazing experience. One of our party was gluten free and the waitress was very accommodating.
