Tasty lunch on Dec 20th, not too busy so quick service. An attractive place to eat with a good ambience. We eat here often if we are in Cardiff.
We had 4 hungry kids with us and their hunger soon turned to 'hanger'. We also had 3 adults who had just ran the half marathon. Our food took ages to arrive even though the resteraunt wasn't that busy. The floor manager did however give us a discount on the meal.
Enjoyed the food - relaxed atmosphere
Pleasant, attentive waitress
The food was AMAZING! And also with Tastecard, completely affordable. There was so much, we skipped starters and just had main and dessert, and there was a lot served. The staff were very polite, smiley and it was just amazing.
So much so, we're going again soon.
I was looking forward to this meal, however when I received my calazone it was burnt, not doughy! There was also not much filling inside it. Then my desert came, a warm salted caramel sponge, it was not warm and was stone cold and dry. However the lady did apologise and knocked it off the bill. She apologise for a bad meal and she was embarrassed! It was not her fault and I did explain that to her. I won't be returning to Zizzi'so.
Friendly staff. Good value
Helpful service on a busy night. Lovely meals but would have like more garlicky bread as a bit dry. Drinks pricey though and noisy
All meals were fine except for the Risotto. Very disappointed, lack of flavour, very bland and texture not right. Very dry and stodgy. Quite different from my last experience of risotto at one of the other Zizi restaurants.
