Prezzo - Wisbech

I booked the table to celebrate our friends Silver Wedding Anniversary, but I've got to say myself and my friends were most disappointed with the service. We asked if we could use a gift code for a free bottle of Prosecco which was sent by yourselves to celebrate and were told we couldn't use it with some of the Tesco vouchers we had. Although this is your rule it doesn't seem right to me as the Tesco voucher can't be used towards drinks anyway so in my opinion drink and food is a separate issue and we really didn't need to know from the Manager that if she did use it for us she would lose her job, she went on ages about it and to be honest we really couldn't understand what she was saying. When we asked for the bill she then gave us the wrong one, which is not very efficient of her. I've got to say we were very disappointed with the service as the Manager didn't seem very friendly. This was a special occasion and didn't feel it was acknowledged by your staff even though we informed them, a congratulations from the manager would have been nice. I wish we'd have gone to another restaurant to celebrate and will seriously think in the future about using the Wisbech branch.

Very slow. My meal was very bland.

All okay thanks , would prefer to go at weekend next time as cheaper , found expensive for what it was

We had a wonderful Neil . Waitress was careing and looked after us well . We tried prawn risotto and questioned why we only had 4 prawns which was a surprise but the chef said this was correct. For £13 I expected more prawns .

It was fantastic, we rarely get out so it was lovely

I booked a table for two people at 7 pm by 7.30 pm we had all three courses
Service was excellent but far to quick.sometimes people like to make a night of it please..

Tried the new lunch sandwich. Very tasty. As always enjoyed food and the good service.

We were greeted by a polite lady who showed us to our table. The table was a bit sticky and marked with glass rings. Drinks arrived promptly after ordering them. Our meal followed at reasonable time as well. I was a bit disappointed with my salmon penne, the salmon being on the dry side even though it was in a sauce. My husbands spaghetti dish did not have much meat sauce on it. We were disappointed as we do like the Prezzo brand and usually enjoy the food.

It was consistently good for me and my three companions. Good food, served efficiently - no complaints
