Prezzo - Glasgow

We arrived slightly early for our 7 o'clock booking, but shown to our table without delay.
We ordered drinks while we perused the menu. There was plenty to choose from but we finally decided. Our usual MO whether there are 2 or 4 of us, is to choose a pizza and a pasta dish to share per couple , as we can never decide on one thing lol. We ordered a spicy Calzone and a pasta dish and when we asked to have them served half and half. We were advised this couldn't be done, but they could give us extra side plates to do it ourselves. The table was very cramped and it was awkward to organize room. We eat regularly in a couple of Italian Restaurants in Glasgow City Centre and they are more than happy to bring meals to table the way we wish. So much easier and civilised. Can't see why this practice can't be adopted by yourselves. There just ended up being more dirty dishes ??
On the upside our meals were delicious, and like the fact you can order s mini dessert with ur coffee. Great idea. Although didn't sleep great as we asked for mochas and got machiattos lol

A little disappointed which is a shame. Haven't been for a while but not sure I'll go back. Our waitress Magda was fantastic but the maitre d was dismissive. We had booked and asked not to be seated at the table suggested as it was very close with it's neighbours and in the middle of the restaurant. We asked if we could sit at the side table for 4 and told no it was for 4 people. As our starters arrived 3 diners were seated and served at that table. Might seem petty but if you book I feel you should where possible have a choice of table. When we spoke to him about this he was dismissive and couldn't care less. We had also ordered wine with the meal which was just put in the table unopened. Small things that took the edge off the evening, but Magda was great.

All fab we love Prezzo, staff food and drink great value for money

Very nice meal, 3 of us had pizza one being gluten free and other had spaghetti bolognaise. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Much less chicken and salmon in our ordered dishes than usual but tasty nonetheless. Our waitress Alicia was lovely and very attentive. I must point out that as a family we really do not like the loud music that you have added recently and consequently have sat outside during the summer on our visits, last night we were upstairs so not noisy. Please go back to as it was before, ie a relaxing restaurant for a family meal.

Prezzo Silverburn had a very nice atmosphere.
Plenty of attentive staff, food was fab.
Will definitely be back.

Wednesday evening at Prezzo's is the norm. Always good and service normally excellent.
We quite often have the Posh Executive Pepperoni to share plus two starters. Unfortunately this cannot be used in your deals. Is there something you can do about that.
Apart from this everything else excellent as always.
