The children liked your childrens menue which was the reason for us to visit you two times during our stay in London.

Nice meal and service good

Food good and quite quickly served but overall service chaotic. We were served by several people and consequently invoiced for a beer which was served by 2 different people and which we turned away the second time. Two waiters had gone home so they were short staffed. We had to ask for the invoice several times and then go to the till to ask again. Not their fault - there weren't enough to go round on a busy evening.

Very nice meal, good value as we had the summer special. Service was exceptional even though it was hot and very busy. A gentleman called Lumi (think that’s correct) I think he may have been the manager, if not he should be, was very efficient and friendly. We look forward to eating there again after our next theatre trip.

Brilliant food and staff

Generally this wasn’t a bad meal - we had a lovely evening but was more to do with the company than the place and food. We did arrive a little late apart from one member of our party so it’s possible this disrupted their usual pattern but we had to go ask for kids menus and never got any crayons/pencils. We ordered drinks and then sometime later our food. The food took a little while but the drinks didn’t arrive till the food came. Given that we had 3 kids with us and they were just having soft drinks there wasn’t any obvious reason for this. The food was fine when it arrived but the waiter was really quite grumpy and not very friendly. The dessert menus were dumped on the table - and within 30 secs another lady came to take our order. We said we needed more time, but then it took a very long time before we finally managed to get someone to come and take an order- our original waiter was too busy chatting to someone round the corner. They didn’t have any of the kids puddings ( fruit lollies) we wanted left which was a pain but not the end of the world. Their pudding menu is very limited for those of us with food intolerances. Nothing dairy free at all except for a banana!!
They didn’t actually ask about food allergies even though we had one person ordering gluten free and we ordered a pizza with no cheese for one of the kids who can’t eat dairy. It turned out that they do have a dairy-free cheese available but we weren’t offered this as an alternative.
We finally managed to get someone’s attention to get the bill , the restaurant was not busy by this point but they were all too busy chatting again. We were splitting the bill between 2 of us and whilst we were a table of 7 they hadn’t added service charge as standard as it says on the bill. We weren’t offered the chance to add a tip on either of the card payments - so we couldn’t leave one. We didn’t have the best service but I would have left a tip if I could.
