Prezzo - Dalton Park

Lovely food and attentive staff. Good prices. Not very busy which is a shame

Food always good. , service excellent

This is our first visit to prezzo. First impressions of the restaurant was that it was clean light and modern the man who greeted us was on the ball and he knew which table to take us too right away.
The staff where friendly and took our orders etc. The staff told us about the offer we had and what we could order ours was children eat for £1.00 (fantastic offer) our 3 children where tired it was 6pm and last day off the week at school one of my sons was crying and mark I guess to be the manager came over and cracked some jokes and made him smile he also interacted with my other 2 children I thought this was pleasant and made me feel like it was a family friendly place. The food was lovely the blonde girl who served us was pleasant but to me not as much engageing as the other members I asked for a jug off water from her and it didn't come so had to ask for it again sometime later and she didn't apologise I am a patient person so an apology is all

At the end of the meal we ordered 3 ice creams for the children and we ordered a hot choc and a latte for us the ice creams came but the drinks did not and after waiting 15-20 minutes we asked another lady for the bill
And said it didn't matter about the drinks as the children where tired she apologised and seemed genuinely remorseful, so we had a good experience but it would have been perfect if it wasn't for those 2 hiccups by the blonde girl I understand it's busy and it's hard to keep up with lots of customers but I'm just giving me opinion.
We will def like to come back.
