Excellent service, very friendly and a lovely meal

Really nice atmosphere in the restaurant service was great

Been many times,enjoy fast and tasty foods at prezzo,good choice of dishes,and good service.

Service was very slack and slow. Drinks ordered and took about 20 minutes to arrive after going to the bar to ask. We had already finished our meals before drinks finally arrived. Not my best visit to Prezzo considering it was a lunch time and pretty quiet.

Excellent - service was good as always and food too.

We booked on line for a Saturday evening meal with our two children. On arrival there was some confusion over our and others bookings, it would seem that the restaurant had not been informed of our booking or others. This lead to a 20 min wait to be seated. We ordered quickly but it was over an hour before we got our dinner. The restaurant owner was very apologetic and gave us a complimentary drink and pudding.
Not quite the relaxed family dinner we had hoped for but considering they were so busy we received great service.

As it was Valentines weekend, the restaurant was very busy with diners at every table. Our starters and drinks were served quite quickly but there was a long wait for the mains. The waitress was very apologetic though. We decided not to bother with a desert or coffee as we had alredy been there over two hours. Other than this though, the service was polite and friendly and the food very good.

We have eaten at prezzo numerous times but this was not as good as normally expected. Flatbreads to start - very dry and under topped. Tomato slice was old and granular. Pizzas again under topped and dry. Cheesecake very disappointing.
