They serve their steakhouse style menu with 2 courses (with market fish and vegetarian options) on Thursday lunch, Friday lunch and dinner and on Saturday lunch. Dinner on Saturdays is devoted to their 5-course tasting menus including vegetarian and pescatarian options.
The 2 AA Rosette Opus Tasting Menu offers dishes like Breast of Roasted Quail, Tian of Evesham Vegetables, 28-day Dry Aged Beef Rump and Roasted Tail of Cornish Monkfish.
The desserts selection includes choices such as Hereford Strawberry Mille Feuille, Lemon Panna Cotta with Honeycomb and English Raspberries. The cocktail bar area is the perfect way to start your evening with an expertly made cocktail (must be booked ahead).

We tried the taster menu which was delicious. Staff were very friendly.

We were a party of three. My two companions enjoyed all three courses. The Halibut was salted on top and in several places too much applied. The biggest disappointment was my rump steak. Cooked medium rare throughout as requested. Unfortunately even a quality chef could not compensate for the poor quality meat used, which was fatty, chewy in parts and stringy. The service was impeccable, friendly, efficient and attentive without being intrusive. Overall a pleasant evening even if some parts could have been improved.
