Using colourful spices and local produce, Nirvana Bar & Lounge at the Bell Hotel offers a fine-dining twist on traditional Indian cuisine. Showcasing time-honoured culinary customs from a head chef who's been crafting authentic Indian cuisine since 1979, Nirvana offers a journey through flavours from the breadth of India, with recipes from the north and south, as well as Mumbai.
With a wide range of meat & vegetarian dishes, the Nirvana menu features favourites such as ‘Murgh Tikka Makhani’ with tandoor-roasted chicken tikka simmered in a traditional creamy tomato curry & scented with dried fenugreek leaves, and fragrant ‘Vegetable Biryani’ – a melange of fresh vegetables with basmati rice & traditional spices, served with raita. The menu also includes a generous wine list & dessert selection.
Housed in a building which had its start as a 16th-century coaching inn, set in extensive lush green grounds, Nirvana enjoys an airy restaurant, with wall-to-wall windows displaying the gorgeous greenery of the hotel’s surroundings.

Food was fantastic, Price's was good , had to wait a bit before everyone got their food but there was 18 of us some finished before others was fed so need to work on that but overall it was a good night will be returning soon Les
