The calm, uncluttered interior of Massala Hut offers a welcome refuge from the hustle and bustle of nearby Euston. This laid-back Indian restaurant serves a range of wholesome regional dishes, full of deftly balanced spices, flavours, textures and colour. Sleek décor of tiled floors and pale green walls gives the place a modern buzz popular for working lunches and evening get-togethers.

    Service was great but food was not that good

    The food was of a very good quality. The prawn purée starter was a large portion and good value for money. The main meals chicken tikka curry, chicken tikka masala were very tasty.

    Nice food. Waiter a little bit 'in your face'. The bill was wrong with an extra drink being added at a cost of £5.50 yet when the revised bill came back it had reduced by £10 so I don't know what else had been added incorrectly. The head waiter then had a go at the other waiter for getting it wrong even though we said not to. He apologised to us but I'm not sure whether it was an act or not.

    Very good food, but I found the 2nd waiter we had was a bit rude. I also didn't like the fact that service charge was applied before the discount
