Beskrivning
Set in the heart of the historic market square in Tremadog, birthplace of Laurence of Arabia, the Golden Fleece Inn is a traditional, family-run Coaching Inn in North Wales. Local ingredients are painstakingly sourced for classic British cuisine in the Golden Fleece Inn restaurant.
Cod and chorizo fishcakes on the Golden Fleece Inn menu can be followed by British classic with a twist, wild boar bangers and mash, whilst the ‘Barolo’ burger is a decadent mix of Welsh black beef with caernarfonshire cheddar, onions slow-cooked in Barolo wine, and truffle-infused chips sprinkled with parmesan and a helping of black-truffle mayonnaise.
Sunday lunch showcases the finest Welsh meat, and can be enjoyed in the vintage setting of the Golden Fleece Inn’s vaulted ceilings and vintage stone glass. The converted-cellar cave bar has been featured in the Good Beer Guide and is a unique spot in which to enjoy one of a wide selection of real ales.
Golden Fleece Inn is a 2-minute drive from Porthmadog Station and a half-hour drive from Caerfarnon.

The food was good but they are still doing work in the restaurant with people banging at times which is off putting. This is maybe why we where the only people having a meal in the dining room. I would go again but the works will have to be finished.
