Busaba Bangkok Thai - The O2

We love Busaba restaurants; the food is amazing, made to the highest standard, and service always impeccable. This particular one was incredibly noisy, unlike the Store Street or the Panton Street branches, but maybe because it was very full before the concert ay O2.

When booking I put in a special birthday request which Busaba did not acknowledge. Service was also slow and we had to get the waiters attention on many occasions. I noticed people who came after us got served quicker.

Excellent food whichbqrrived incredibly quickly- particularly handy for those going to a concert at the O2.

Just a shame that the FOH service did not quite keep up the standard. It was difficult to get anyone’s attention to order, drinks came after the food, hard to pay the bill. It wasn’t bad, but the food was let down by the service.

Having said that, I would go back for convenience on a show night.

Very cold in the restaurant. Unhelpful staff. Were not made aware that all food would come out at once, so we sent our mains back. they said they would keep them warm. They bought them back out about 5 mins later when we were still eating our starter. They took them away again and after about 45 mins we had to order again when we eventually got someone's attention. Got the feeling we were being ignored. didn't like the fact that everyone is on large tables. Very impersonal.

Nice ambience, great food, fast service, busy and thriving place would definitely back

Food was Ok not special just basic and took a while as the place was really busy ..REALLY TIGHT SQUEEZE TO GET INTO THE BENCH AND TABLES. The tables and benches are so close together. The London 0 2
restaurant for food and ambience not as good as some other Busabeathai I have been to. But it was easy to book and did the job of me having a meal before I saw Strictly show that night .

Lovely food

I was very disappointed with the food! I had chicken satay and the chicken was tough & stringy! I had Thai Green Chicken Curry and again cheap pieces of meat used. They used thought meat which was tough; chewy; and a horrible dark grey colour! Yuk!!

Very relaxed atmosphere but service was prompt. Food was excellent.

It wasn't authentic Thai, chicken pad Thai had large chunks of chicken that had no flavour. Service was somewhat slow.
