It was well presented and extremely fun with their interactive tables. However, most of the good taste the same. Would I go back? Probably because it was a fun experience.

The famous inamo digital table menu has moved to a tablet-based system with greater control of ordering, rating dishes and service. The trademark table-top projections still offer chef-cam, games, animations, and more. The new systems will allow regular updates with exciting new engaging content. The elegant décor includes glowing onyx panels, clusters of bamboo, and a stunning lighting system that subtly adjusts to match the interactive table projections.

The third table they sat us at worked, the order got lost as they had switched us around, they kindly gave us a free round of drinks to apologise but the whole experience took ages. I would be careful with their 'free from' advice also. The children (6&9) loved it.

We went as the kids used to love to go to Inamo's for the interactive tables - loved to order their own dishes and drinks etc. and play games - now, however, in Covent Garden, anyway, ordering its on an ipad (less fun for kids!) - they now have a mouse to control table fun (only one mouse at a table of four really worked tried swapping twice to no avail - the working one was still very frustrating to use - kids gave up!!!) - would not go back to Covent Garden, if table, ordering etc still same as before at any of the other two restaurants might go back ....
Food fine, service fine, but we went there for the table fun and also of course because the food is good.
If the table fun is what you are known for then that HAS to work!!!
I know this sounds crazy but if the table fun had worked the food would have been better ....

Had a reservation for 6.30 on Saturday evening(last night). Thee was a queue at the door but once spoken to there was no table available for us and I was asked to provide booking confirmation from book a table. They asked us to wait downstairs at the bar and someone would come for us. So we waited, ordered a bottle of prosecco and informed I had to leave my debit card behind the bar even though I was moving to a table anyway. We told the bar tender our situation, we had now waited 20 mins for our reserved table. It didn't seem to register with him so I had to hand over my card. 35 mins went by so my friend returned upstairs where the girls couldn't even remember who she was. Utterly appalled. What if we had sat for any longer? They had completely forgotten us. Finally we were shown to a table and told we'd receive a free glass of prosecco. The prosecco never arrived but the food was served quickly and was enjoyed by us both. Inamo is great concept in terms of technology and efficient service. Poor organisation is a major letdown. My friend requested our bottle of wine be on the house when the bill came and the waiter was understanding of our situation and happy to do so. She even collected my credit card from the bar downstairs.

They didn't have our booking in the system when we arrived, which was for 7 people, so they asked us to wait in the bar while they fixed it for us. 3 hours later we were still waiting in the bar. Eventually got a table and had a nice time, food is always good, but a bit disappointed overall.

Under-whelming in the end. The interactive table didn't work for one of us, the tablet was clunky to order. The service was very weak, literally dropping us at our table without a word. Food was very nice, though!

i brought my friend because of the interactive tables - but when we got there we were given an iPad,
Food was good but a little costly - which i was willing to pay for the gimmick of the tables so was disappointed when we didn't get them.
Also there was an error with the iPad order and half our food didn't turn up, we had to chase the staff for it

It was awful. We booked in advance and the offer was for the set menu and price. Some of it was unavailable we were told. Staff indifferent and unhelpful and seemed unable to suggest alternatives to the menu. Lighting was flashing and music so loud it was impossible to talk over it. Atmosphere and ambience was chaotic. We were glad to get out.
