Celebrated chef, restaurateur and food writer Mark Hix, after 17 years working in the industry, opened his first Hix restaurant in 2008. Known for his original take on British gastronomy, he is frequently praised as being one of London’s most eminent restaurateurs, with an unrivalled knowledge of ingredients and a passion for food.
Interestingly, each Hix restaurant boasts its own art collection, with specially commissioned pieces from Damien Hirst, Miranda Donovan and Angus Fairhurst to name a few. The Hix menu changes daily, offering seasonal British food using locally sourced ingredients. With 2 oyster bar restaurants, the menu also offers you the chance to build your own breakfast, with a choice of Clarence Court duck or hen eggs, smoked salmon or Neal’s Yard Dairy yoghurt and honey roasted oats among other selections.
With 6 Hix locations in London, each one different from the last, diners can enjoy Hix’s world famous dishes alongside an eclectic range of cocktails.
