Blake's Restaurant at the AA 3 star Connaught Hotel in Bournemouth has undergone a multi-million pound facelift. Stuart Jones who worked on the interiors of the sumptuous Sunseeker yachts designed the restaurants' new contemporary interior where you can browse their award winning A la Carte Menu. Starters range from Home-Cured Gravalax to Carpaccio of English Beef Fillet. Mains include Pan Fried Loin of Venison and an up-market version of fish and chips with Spring Onion Mash, Posh Mushy Peas and Tomato Sauce. Vegetarians have a number of starters to choose from as well as one main or try their selection of local cheeses. There's an extensive wine list to peruse and the menu changes to reflect the seasons. There's also a selection of daily dishes from its Table d'Hote Menu.
